Emperor Palpatine

Here is the latest addition to the costumes. Emperor  Palpatine, or Palpy as we love to call him. Palpy is still in the submission process and working on perfecting the costume. The robes are sewn by me and the mask is a Mr. Bungle Silicone mask.
